The statement:

These works follow a grand of tradition of detournement – hijacking already existing works and using them in making something new. The pieces are twofold.
You have abstract poems composed of letters from various sources and you have other visual elements that emphasize the semantics.
The pieces were made by culling together different elements of high-resolution images of jazz covers and Bauhaus designs.
